oh, I have been busy but good.... quitting smoking again today... so the next 3 days should be interesting. Best of luck with it this time......stay busy and lots of lollipops. Keep one in your mouth at all times and brush the sugar off your teeth often. You trying to do it cold turkey? oh i always quit cold turkey, there is no moderation with me and cigarettes... and I don't know the idea of using the patch or any of that stuff. Actually cold turkey is prolly the best way. I can't see feeding yourself with one chemical to stop another. I had a friend that used the patch and it did not stop the craving and he continued to smoke with the patch on. When he figured out the patch wasn't working for him and stopped it, he went from 1 pack a day to 2, because his body was now craving that amount of nicotine. |
