He has nothing to feel good about either. Taking a life should never be something that is rejoiced or boasted about. Some people do feel so justified in taking lives that they would not do anything differently even if different things would have lead to a different outcome. Unless they are ISIS or HAMAS. That wouldn't bother me at all.
