I went on a date a few nights ago and naturaly wanted to pay for dinner and the movie we saw. Thats just how I was brought up. The man pays, at least on the first few dates. Is that wrong? I mean, we are going out on a second date on thursday but she told me that she would like to pay for part if not all of the date.

I was raised that the man always pays. He also opens doors, pulls out chairs, and has manners. We are a rare breed nowadays though man. If they don't appreciate it, they arn't for you

Obama says a lot of nothing. He promises change, but has put forward no plans of how this "change" will take place, yet people follow him like sheep. We will have another Republican in office, thank god

That's true. But it's so irritating! I wonder if men like that every get a good response.

I Think I speak for the majority here.. the guys that are looking for a nice girl are not the ones saying "your hot"

Agreed. If you want a good girl, make sure she appreciates being called beautiful, not hott or sexy

how about the people????

you know like it says " for the people, by the people"

how about we the people get to vote for our own laws for a change?

Personally, I wouldn't trust the majority of people with our laws. Some people have some VERY biased viewpoints on things and a VERY skewed sense of reality

Some like for their partner to be jealous. I somehow makes them feel wanted. Some wenches even flirt with guys hoping their man will start a fight over her. Some don't even mind getting beat up because it reassures them in a sick way that they are wanted.

Others find it totally infuriating. Checking up on them. Checking their cell phone and odometer. Too much drama and stress.

What say you?

Depends on what you consider jealous. I, personally, would not be ok with my gf flirting with other guys. Other people may be different, but I'm not ok with it. Some might call that jealous, or just protective

Here's more of the poll...

Who do you want to see take the lead role in setting policy for the country--George W. Bush or the Congress?

George W. Bush 21%
Congress 62%

I'd LOVE to know how many took this poll. Everyone knows polls are biased, plus more than half the country has been brainwashed to think that G.W. has done nothing but bad things for this country.

I have to say that was very well spoken but there's no sense in living in fear if it's your time to go then it's going to happen regardless of what the situation may be. I thank God every morning for a new day of breath!!! Live each day to the fullest because you'll never know if it's your last day!!!

I too live this wayflowerforyou But many do not and they are being lead down the yellow brick road of fearmongering and warmongering. We are not making a dent in terrorism in Iraq and the reason we have not had any new attacks has absolutely nothing to do with our military being in Iraq. It is illogical to even think along those lines.

Terrorists are worldwide. Iraq is not the homeland of terrorism. Iraq has not perpetrated a terror attack in our soil to this day. 9/11 was perpetrated out of Afghanistan WHILE OUR MILITARY WAS THERE!!!!!!

Come on people. It is not as plain as day.noway

No, 9/11 was perpetrated out of the US. They had their passports and everything. They may have been FROM Afghanistan, but their main terror group, and the heads of the terror group, were in Iraq. THAT is why we have killed so many of their leaders.

its not the government thats the bad guys, its the BAD GUYS who are the bad guys!

she said wake up people, I say please the two of you, go back to bed.

At least you arn't being brainwashed by the liberal media. Thank God

Opposition pieces are a funny thing, you can make them convey whatever you what without having to justify or be factual, just throw in some outlandish claims and demand they be taken as gospel.

So true. EXACTLY like Gore's lies about "Global Warming." How can people truly believe that? Everyone knows we have been warming at a CONSTANT rate since the last ice age... well at least informed people know that

I'm usually a little early, sometimes on time. I'm never late. To me, if you're late, it sends the message that you don't care enough to be on time
