o yea man for sure, easy and effective. yea mma is the best sport, thers massive amount of respect that each fighter gives to each other, like nothing else iv been a part of. cheers brodrinker

yea im pretty much BJJ and mui thai traning now, i wrestled all through highschool and boxed for the past 7 years so i got the wrestling and stand up down pat, i love elbows and knees tho, only way outa clinch is to go down and that means your eating a knee

yea dude, true story, it isnt a street fight, but every aspect of mma can be used in street fights to destroy somone. As he said about BJJ its all like a chess game if u leave any limb out its going to get snaged weather its an armbar or a heel hook, kimura, triangle, dude its intense if u have 2 bjj exports rolling around.

yea wandy vs chuck great, henderson vs silva, great fight, im going with gsp hes just like silva with his stand up. and kimbo, its a matter of time till he comes to ufc, elite XC dasnt have enuff money to hold him there after his contract.
