Saying "Just my opinion" when you state something is a little repetitive, isn't it? If you wrote it, obviously it's your opinion. Depends what you say: If I say the world is round, thais not an opion, it is fact. If I say the world is full of crazy people, well, that's JMO! |

Men are more of avoiding things.......they would rather back off than ask why? Actually, that would be my first question!!!! |

I'm having 2 conversations right now about this. Are women more jealous than men? I think so. but what do I know?? Jealousy is a symptom of insecurity and not gender specific. Both sexes can be insecure at times. |

Well, I've known guys who can last 12 seconds every night or twenty five minutes after getting none for six months. Each guy is individual and just needs to tell you and be open and up front. Personally, I like the hot sexy, wham bam push/pull fiery passion five minutes the first time and the lazier having fun with it get to know each other better 15-20 minutes I get later on. [For example] But that is just me. No no, i wish that was what this is about...we are talkin bout the loss of the hard on. Not the preemie. Ahhhh....Thank you! Well the only experiences with that I have had have in that regard have been a guy who had blood pressure "health" problems, and another with severe stress alcoholism issues. Both were in their thirties. Usually though, if it is not health related, it is psychosomatic. Mind over matter, literally. That's right! If you don't mind, it doesn't matter! |

Smoking

Why are there so many women (and I suppose, men) who still smoke? Seems like whenever I see someone on here who looks interesting to me, they turn out to be a smoker (which I am not). And please tell me...who smokes "occasionally"? Either you are a smoker or you're not!!!! Ok, I know I'm gonna hear it from the smokers now!! I used to smoke. Started when I was drunk one night and someone handed me a cigarette. I felt such a high that I loved it. Ended up wanting to smoke more when I drank...even had some here and there when I didn't. It got to the point where I'd smoke one cigarette after work and then 3-4 on Friday and 3-4 on Saturday. I loved it, and I still do. If there was a completely healthy cigarette, I'd be a smoker. However, I knew I was damaging myself...and had to stop. It took a life-threatening accident which had nothing to do with smoking show me that life is precious and I shouldn't slowly destroy mine. Haven't touched a cigarette since that day and it's been over a year no. No cravings anymore either. I still don't agree with smoking bans like the one they passed in Illinois. I know that when I walk into places like bars or nightclubs that the smoke is part of the deal. For the waitresses and bartenders who fear their health, they should think about another line of work. I think we have a right to designate areas as "non-smoking", but we don't have a right to tell businesses that they can't have smoking period...especially when those smokers make up most of their customers. I live 20 minutes from Illinois and have heard alot of talk about it. I believe that the ban goes overboard like what you have mentioned. I also believe that smoking should be allowed in the casinos and the prisons. I can't imagine what the prisons were like when they got rid of the cigarettes. Yikes. Well, as far as it affecting businesses, while I don't frequent a lot of bars, I do go to Buffalo Wild Wings from time to time. You can still hardly get in the place on any weekend so if it's afecting their business, it must be in a positive manner! Now, I'm not one who would call for laws to ban smoking but I do have to admit, I enjoy being in a place without my eyes burning and without the smell of stale tobacco smoke when I'm eating. AsI said: "Now, I'm not one who would call for laws to ban smoking" I didn't say I was for it... doesn't mean that I can't enjoy it! |

i dont agree with smoking around children?? does anyone else feel the same? I hate with a passion. The other day at the grocery store I saw a man with a child. He lit his cigarette before he got into the car. That poor child was in the car with the windows closed while the man smoked. For crying out loud, the man could have smoked while he was outside walking to the car. Very sorry to hear about your dad. Smoking was the downfall of my father as well. He died at age 60. If you ever want to talk, drop me a line. Thank you. I didn't think it would happen. He quit smoking about 11 years ago but I guess that the damage was done. My dad had (supposedly) quit too but we found a pack of cigarettes in his the pocket of the jacket he wore the day before he died. It is a powerful addiction to break! I know, I quit twice!!! |
