Thank You all I never knew he felt this way about me until about a week ago. We have been through all our combined marriages, bf/gf, custody battles and more together. Leaning on each other but, one or other was always in a relationship, marriage or both. He said "I'M TIRED OF THIS, I LOVE YOU. WE ARE BOTH SINGLE AT THE SAME TIME NOW. WILL YOU MARRY ME! I thought he was kidding. He started to cry and told me he has left this way for years and promised himself he would never marry again unless it was to me.

I didn't know what to say. I knew I LOVED HIM TOO. I had since we were 18. So I finally said yes.

He knows about all my friends here even the guys I talk to on the phone from here that I have become friends with. He knows everything about me.

Thank you all for the warm wishes. I will still be around and he knows that too. I am just not looking. I will be here in the forums at least until we get married.

Okay, gang I have some news to share.
I am getting Married. We are going to tell our Families at Thanksgiving. I just needed to share it, to share it with someone. So I'm sharing my JOY with all of you.

A woman from New York was driving through a remote part of Arizona when her car broke down.

An American Indian, on horseback, came along and offered her a ride to a nearby town. She climbed up behind him on the horse, and off they rode.

The ride was uneventful, except that every few minutes the Indian would let out a "Ye-e-e-e-h-a-a-a-a" -- so loud that it echoed from the surrounding hills.
Then they arrived in town, he let her off at the local service station, yelled one final 'Ye-e-e-e-h-a-a-a-a!' and rode off.

"What did you do to get that Indian so excited?" asked the service-station attendant.

"Nothing," the woman answered. "I merely sat behind him on the horse, put my arms around his waist, and held onto the saddle horn, s o I wouldn't fall off."

"My gosh Lady," the attendant said, "Indians don't use saddles."

Well that leave me out. I lost my intellect when I joined the site according to some fake people here.

There is nothing saying we would still not have had children from them and be just as wonderful. Heck his 2 kids and my 3 kids love each other and act like they are brothers and sister when together. It is just really a weird feeling right now. I don't know how to respond to such a thing. I guess it all goes to prayer for enlightenment.

yes, that does seem to be the norm these days.

It makes me wonder if when we were younger and would of married instead of going our separate ways would we still be married today. We have remained very close friends all these years. We both told each other that our ex's were not right for each other and we were right. We have been there to support each other when things fell apart.

This is my best friend we were in the military together have been there for each other through our marriages, divorces and custody battles. I love him too but, as a brother and close friend.
