If i am not doing 5 things at a time I feel like I am missing something... Right now I am watching 2 1/2 men, playing a game on line, talking to you, doing laundry, cleaning the kitchen, talking to this girl on the text and IMing another girl who is a friend and plying with my cat who is being very needy right now...... And all this right now Oh yeah listing to music aswell......
Thats funny never considered rather I like it or don't, it is what I am. I do take my quiet time during my meditation but other than that, that is just who I am. At work I have a position that I have to handle many things at one time and love it. I have had jobs doing 1 thing at a time and it drives my crazy and makes me very unhappy. I don't need power have plenty of that but I do make myself slow down quite my mind and hold still for thirty minutes everyday that is were i need power as that has been a challenge to me slowing down but I do see it as a necessity. my mind just works better for me |
