I for one say when the subject comes up be honest there is no shame to say you not able to have children. ina way but u should just tell him i mean why hide it a realashonship is bilt on honesty an love. its not rite to desive him

I always tell that information right up front. There have been sad instances where I couldn't pursue a relationship with someone because they wanted to have children and I can't physically have any more by choice. But it is what it is. It's best to put it out there in the beginning. JMO. jmo? ?
