awww I know cloudy it sucks but feelin bad is only going to make it feel worse REALLY sometimes NOT being single can be pretty crappy to , life will offer up plenty of chit sandwiches , you GOTTA find ways to NOT feel bad,,,,,,,it could be worse , I think that feeling badly can be like a bad magnet to people pick up on that vibe and things can just get worse ...........soooooooooooooo you gotta give your head a shake , force a smile , maybe be happy that you ate this week and don't live in a card board box in a radioactive fall out area in a really poor country with no hope for the future ....

myself , when chit seems chitty I try REAL HARD to find something to laugh about or at ( even if it is wrong) laughter is the best medicine its a known fact
