Do you know Edy? She does NOT strike me as immature or mean spirited AT ALL! I am 100% certain this was a case of typing too fast. And my bad for laughing so hard...I apologize again. It just cracked me up BECAUSE of the fact that it was purely unintentional! What are the chances that you could reverse a couple of letters in a name and end up with that. Even TAWT has to see a LITTLE humor in it. Ms Edy I'm sure was NOT being mean! It wasn't intentional at all...when I looked at his name that's what my brain saw....and yuh...if I wanted to start name calling it would have been something way more creative than that Well I was off on my reasoning in that your fingers were moving too fast but not in my declaration that it was unintentional. My son has dyslexia so I can sympathize and completely understand the mistake. I really shouldn't have laughed so hard but seriously, like what are the chances?!? Don't know ya too well but seen ya on here lots and read your posts. You are one of the nicest gals on here. Sorry for throwing ya under the bus, so to speak. Lmao are you kidding it was funny.. even though I didn't mean it like that...my lippy comments were strictly directed at miss presumptuous I didn't realize his name wasn't twat until you pointed that out |

Some English sayings are sooooo wierd! I never knew what exactly Hump Day meant until my 40's!!! Easy now!!! I know I have led a reclusive life and simply thought some people shared more than they perhaps should! TeeHee!!! So I will boldly say: Happy HUMP DAY to one and all! good morning |

Good grief Charlie Brown. How is the site misleading you? Do you really think a human hand picks mutual matches for every person on the site??? There are 2 ways for a mutual match. 1. the system selects a match based on interests, etc that members put on their profile or 2. a member can click to match someone through the profile That's your answer... Yes, I can read. Matching can be done manually by Mingle members or it can just be automated by the site. What's your point? The point is that you are accusing the site of being misleading...when it's clearly not |

Aha, yet more proof that mutual matching is site automated. Where? The bit where she said, "Oh, I also received a messages from Mingle stating the deceased man wanted to meet me???" Ah, yes...A random one-offer comes into the forum and tells us that one of the members who is dead wanted to meet her. Without hesitation it is true, no one knows who this person she is talking about is, much less how she knows for a fact they are dead; or for that matter, if they even are dead to begin with...Hell, we don't even know who she is because this is her only post. Come on, man...O.J. got off Scott free in a case that had more evidence than that. The people that run this site are happy enough to mislead about active members when you do a search, so why wouldn't they use other little tricks? Granted, all we have is anecdotal evidence but it's mounting up. During the course of my investigation I have personally met and interviewed a lady who supposedly matched with me and she denies that she did that. I am not satisfied with that though and I intend to take the matter further and find out if she really is interested in me. I will judge her on her actions and not just on her words. Thanks, that was all that I wanted to know. She didn't admit it, she confirmed....two different things...you are making it sound like it's a conspiracy of sorts Am I really? Well, now that you mention it, I guess that I do think that a site that sends messages to people that say that someone else wants to meet them when they don't, or didn't click anything to say that they do, is trying to dupe people. Possibly it could be viewed as a way to get members talking to each other and we all know that other sites send automated messages for that purpose when they aren't just trying to con people but it is misleading and I certainly didn't know when I signed up here that the site might be telling all and sundry that I want to meet them without my knowledge. You are totally blowing this out of proportion, twat |

I am not satisfied with that though and I intend to take the matter further and find out if she really is interested in me. I will judge her on her actions and not just on her words. If this statement is not creepy I don't know what is How so? I am merely trying to find out if a girl that I've been seeing is genuinely interested in me. What's creepy about that? It must be because I'm a man I guess and that automatically makes me the one that just wants sex. For one you are being presumptuous by saying that I consider men only want sex....so please don't put words in my mouth...what I don't get is how you said you have to 'investigate further' . You just mentioned you met her in person...and she didn't 'match' with you on purpose... and then you continued to say you will ignore her words and pay attention to her actions...I totally don't get...I really don't...does she want to see you again? Did she say she is NOT interested in seeing you again? Who cares if someone clicked or it was automated 'match'?? What matters is the exchange of words you personally had with the woman... |
