I try not to use that as the only criteria in assessing someone. For the most part, I am more interested in the way the other person writes if he wants to make a fair impression. It doesn't have to be Giller Prize level English, either.
When it comes to forums, the bare minimum for me is as long as the person can clearly communicate, that's good enough a standard. |
