I have suffered with a anxiety/panic disorder for over 11 years now. I went the mdicatiuon route and just recently frred myself from that. Medication may be good for some but all it did for me was create a addiction ontop of a problem. So I am now learning to cope with life "wide open" as well as my disorder and personally God has helped me the most.
