Hi people.. I've given in. Im posting .. this is my 6th actually. This may help keeping me from smoking. I need to keep my fingers busy.

You've inspired me thanx Robert. I quit about 5 times in the past year using Nicotine Inhalers, the Patch and gum( ewww )and then finally Chantix. Wow i stopped smoking but then I wanted to commit suicide... (one of many side affects).

Stop taking chantix and now im smoking again. Your definitely helped me out i guess im gonna have to do that exercise regimen u mentioned. Plus i wanna go to Europe next year and i think i may have to start that wellness fund you mentioned.
