The site does not deactivate anyone without cause. Some folks deactivate every time they log off. For suspected scammers, upper right on every profile you will see 'Report This User' for convenience. What if someone is reported and not a scammer?

That's always good to hear. Have there been cases where bullying has taken place towards anyone (I.e . falsely accuse the person of abuse or poor onsite behavior)? What is the research process for such cases. Is an account upgrade the best way to avoid scammers or issues?

I had a similar issue. I met two persons who told me about this site. Today i decided to find them and the account has been deactivated, which I found odd. The person would have told me if they closed their account. I was reading the reviews and that was one of the reasons why I didn't sign up when I first heard about the site. Accounts being deactivated for no reason or fake/scam profiles. Hopefully, my luck will be great with this site.
