has got to be one of the best dishes ever...mmm. those mung bean sprouts..textures, flavors, and temperatures. its exquisite. I love pad thai..At the Thai place here they ask you how spicy you want it.. I always say Thai spicy!! Very good!! |

To me... I thought putting meatballs in a crock pot with Chili sauce and grape jelly was weird.... but I actually liked it a lot  
wow sounds good!! Where did you have that at?? I made it myself but I heard of the recipe from my step mom That's all you do huh is put meatballs in crockpot and chilli sauce and grape jelly..Might have to try that for july 4th... I put frozen meatballs in a crock pot then let them cook for a little bit.. like an hour I guess then put 1 jar of chili sauce in and a smaller jar of grape jelly. Just let it cook through till it tastes good. I have many of recipes... I love to cook

yes, that it is, and i commend you on trying the blowfish, for i always worry about the chef's abilities, or that one mistake he just might make, so i haven't tried it yet. been tempted! did you try it in tenn? or on the coast? being an intern maybe? what are your takes on how the poison might just make you sick?....and them be fine? Well I was in New York when I tried it..And from what I understand theres only like 4 or 5 chefs in the U.S. that are licensed to prepare blowfish.Im not going to lie it freaked me out knowing that I could die if just the slightest mistake was made preparing it.. And I've heard stories that not all people die from eating the poisoned fish but, I assuming the more you consume the greater of risk you are taking..The finished piece was amazing! It was sliced VERY thin but very full of flavor..A mild finish... |

not as dangerous but has to be fresh, sea urchin, very good though, and unfortunately seagull poop(super disgusting) when i was tossing anchovies off the back of the boat......funny thing is, a little later, i was waiting for lunch, and these guys are talking and one said, aauuuug this tastes like sh!T!!!........i very calmly said, with my arms folded, leaning against a pole......nope.....no it doesn't.....

What is the weirdest thing you have eaten?
Mine is Blowfish..I had the pleasure of eating blowfish when I was in New York a few years ago. And whoever knows food blowfish if it's not cleaned properly it can kill you because, of the toxins..It was great made my mouth numb alittle bit but, a nice fresh finish to it.. |

 I had a friend like that. Eventually she learned after 2 years of her gf's crap that it wasnt worth trying to make the relationship work. It takes some people awhile to come around. If I was you I wouldnt say much to your friend cause hes going to do what he wants anyways. Just try to stay a supportive friend to him. Good luck

Thanks to all of the opinions....This actually may have put things into greater detail then I would have ever thought..My friend means the world to me..He is the type of friend that you would step in front of a bullet for this is why I care for his happiness so much.. The girl was a nice person a few years ago but, something went wrong and just KABOOM!!! Then everything started going downhill for them...I have no problem with two people finding love for one another but, how much is too much... I've been there in his position before and it did take me awhile to figure out what was going on but, I never went back to her.. Thanks again guys!!

Yea I had figured he is getting something out of it but, still she isn't that good looking.. Haha! Not about her looks or the sex, there is some kind of emotional pay-off that he gets out of this. I used to do the same thing. She'd break it off and I'd keep going back. Not anymore. I guess I can understand alittle. I guess Im just a different person because, if I was in that position I wouldn't deal with it at all...Too many fish in the sea... |

I have a good friend back home in Chicago and this friend has an ex..Well, this ex has hurt my friend mentally in the past really bad. And my friend just keeps on going back to their ex and putting up with their crap. I had told my friend many times that it's just gong to happen again. Their ex will hurt them again but, my friend is too stubborn to understand. The question is why would my friend keeping on going back to their ex? If it was me in that position I wouldn't put up with it at all.. Because, it's putting so much stress on me I'm so close to telling my friend that I don't want to ever talk to them again because, I'm tired of trying to convince them that their ex is NO good..Please respond to me and try to help me..Thanks!!!
