Good morning. I've been up since around 3 AM. If y'all here about a truck wreck and fire south of Lubbock, that was one of mine.


Ive been hearing about it on the news..terrible thing to happen. so sorry for all involved.

My daughter in law sent a man out to my house yesterday to give us an estimate on cutting down an old Cottonwood tree that is dead and we are afraid a high wind will blow down and do a lot of damage..he wanted 3500.00 $ to do it ! AND he told me he has a place to sell the wood. Seems a bit excessive to me..needless to say he wont be cutting the trre down.

We are under a dust advisiory..there are clouds out there and the temp is cooler but you can hardly see for the dust...guess we are back in the Dust Bowl Days...ohwell
