No preference really.....it's the getting their makeup on my shirt that's usually the problem.

I'd think that most men prefer to kiss a woman with no lipstick on. Doesn't it get kind of messy and not taste good?

Back in the 70s flavored lipstick came out, and its advertising slogan was "Kiss him in his favorite flavor!"

Doesn't it get kind of messy and not taste good? not me ... if a woman wears lipstick on a date , she kinda knows she looks good enough to attract the guy even more . And a guy is just waiting for the moment to get all the lipstick off by kissing those lips .... hopefully before starting dinner ha ha !!!! |

I never wear lipstick. I have tried it a few times but I don't like the way it feels. I do wear chapstick or sometimes pure coconut oil.

Personally I like my women fresh and natural.
I'm not really attracted to clown face women but a lil makeup is normally okay as long as it isn't the focus. As for lipstick....don't like it. I don't even like chapstick. Plus, when things really heat up, perfume is yukky too! Give me shower fresh and things can get really hot! Additionally, women who use hairspray also turns me off. I like to feel her soft hair in my fingers and hairspray seems to make it feel like wires. Deodorant is basic hygene so I keep my mouth away from those areas unless she is shower fresh... I've no interest in kissing a woman caked with makeup. To me, its a form of hiding. A mask which screams Identity Issues or Bloated Ego. While I normally wear some facial hair I don't hide behind a beard either. I sometimes shave clean but my gf likes the tickle of my gotee. When I shave clean I look much younger and it makes her giggle. We should all try to remember we each hear the beat of a different drummer and its okay to have your own preferences. |

Is there still something left of lipstick to taste by the time you get to kissing?
It's a thin layer to begin with, I sometimes press a tissue between my lips after applying to get rid of excess. |

Hi Crystal, I often use two or three light shades to get the colour I want and then top it with lipgloss. I really enjoy the palettes of different shades mixed. I am interested in what men think of the taste and what women think too. I have yet to meet a man who complains about makeup in the real world. |

A fixation on the flavor of makeup,
seems a bit immature to me. I'm more concerned with the passion of a kiss. |

women being dolled up is deceiving, especially when you see them without the make up later on.

Fair enough. But I am asking about taste. I get that many men are visual. I wonder if men wore make up, would women be interested? I know I would. I love smokey eyes, and lips, with or without lipstick. (Thinking of David Bowie, what a beautiful artistic man he was). |
