I feel like trying to describe one's self in such a short efficient manner means important things always get left out. I think I did okay but peer review is always appreciated!

It would be okay on any other site where you want to tell a little about you, but for a dating site this missing the mark.
You're supposed to create interest in you as a woman so you got to come up with some good things about yourself that show you're a great catch.
Now you're stating all the things why you aren't: full time work, learning next to that, depressed, (young) child at home etc.
It sounds like you don't have time for a guy and on top of that depressed.

Work on it and rephrase things. Most everyone will work, so not really necessary to mention that.
You don't have to lie, but the way you present things can make a helluva difference.

First photo is okay but not as a profile photo. Replace it with one of your face in which you smile. So delete the other 2, leave the full body one and make a new great profile photo.

Thank you for your constructive criticism! I haven't dated in almost 10 years and never really tried the online dating. I wasn't sure about including the depression and anxiety bit felt like maybe that was something that I should be upfront about. I appreciate your suggestions and may have to edit some things later tonight!

You're welcome, and not necessarily a problem to mention the depression. But you can tell it in various ways, or embed it in a good context and write up. For instance, can you still laugh and enjoy things at times? Then you could add that to it. Just an example.
